Expedition to the Summit: Sustainable Leadership Moves is a three-session professional learning journey designed to help educational leaders make purposeful, practical decisions that advance continuous improvement and meaningful learning. Through a collaborative exploration of belonging, inclusion, reflection, and the unique contexts of schools and districts, participants will examine leadership moves that support sustainable growth and shared responsibility. Grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and leading by example, leaders will strengthen instructional practices, systems, and cultures that align with their vision and goals. Throughout the series, participants will engage in application-focused learning that equips them to navigate challenges with intention, foster ongoing learning, and build forward-thinking environments that support the success of all learners.
NJLA 13 sessions will be held synchronously online or in-person at FEA on the dates listed below. You MUST register for the three-day academy and take all three sessions in any order. Each session is 9:00am-1:00pm.
