Notice to Members Regarding the New Telephone Menu Options

At NJPSA/FEA, we continue to work remotely to provide you with all of the services you need and deserve, while protecting the health and safety of our staff and members. It would appear that a full return to the office and in-person services at 12 Centre Drive is highly unlikely in the foreseeable future. Therefore, we have made some changes to our telephone system that we hope will serve you better when you call for assistance.

 

Remember, you can always email any staff member directly or send an email to our general inbox njpsa@njpsa.org where it will be routed to the appropriate staff member. If you call our office at (609) 860-1200, you will now be greeted by a recorded list of menu options. As you press a number, your call will be forwarded to the corresponding staff member who will be working at a remote location to help you. You can also press 0 at any time to be transferred to the receptionist. The menu options are as follows:

 

For legal assistance or retirement services, press 1
For tech support, including login issues, press 2
For membership, press 3
For LEGAL ONE School Law Training ,press 4
For FEA professional learning opportunities, including in-district training, press 5
For NJEXCEL press 6
For NJ Leaders to Leaders, press 7
For government relations, press 8
To repeat this menu, press 9
For all other calls, or to speak with the receptionist, please press 0.
