NJPSA in addition to her sister public-employee unions filed amended court papers earlier this week in light the Legislature’s attempts to fund the required pension payment that was cut by the Administration in light of declining revenues in this and last year’s budget. An amended complaint from the joint group that represents principals, supervisors, teachers, firefighters, state police and other public employees was submitted to Mercer County Assignment Judge Mary Jacobson. Judge Jacobsen heard the injunctive matter in late June.
