The Teacher's Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF) Retirement Application now includes a clarification on "Employment After Retirement" in the Terms and Conditions For Retirement. This notice clarifies the "Bona Fide 30 day break in service" as well as the 180 break for work in your previous district. This clarifies some of the issues that were unclear in the August 22, 2014 Certifying Officer Letter on this subject. Both documents should be reviewed before considering public employment after your retire.
