The New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association held its annual legislative conference on Friday, March 17, with more than 125 members in attendance and other watching an online stream. The agenda for the day began with an address by Acting Commissioner Kimberley Harrington; followed by a presentation on the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) by NJDOE officers Peter Schulman, Diana Pasculli, and James Riddlesperger; the legislative panel with moderator John Mooney, editor of NJSpotlight, and New Jersey Assembly members Troy Singeton, Angela McKnight, David Rible, Mila Jasey, Robert Auth, Adam Taliaferro, and Patrica Egan Jones; and finally remarks and Q&A with Gubernatorial Candidates Assemblyman John Wisniewski and Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli.
