When it comes to supporting school staff and addressing mental health needs, all school staff – from the superintendent, to the director of human resources, to other school administrators, educators and support staff – have a critical role to play. This episode is part of a series offered in collaboration with the ERIC North subfund of the New Jersey Schools Insurance Group.
