Dear NJPSA Members,
As the 2025-26 school year comes to a close, please join me in congratulating and celebrating our new NJPSA leaders. I am delighted to announce that, beginning July 1, Jennifer Lowe will assume the role of President of the NJPSA Board of Directors, while Kimberly Clark will step into the role of President-Elect, Kevin Hajduk will join the Board as Vice President, Nubeja Allen will return as Secretary, and Diane Pistilli will continue as Treasurer for the 2026-27 school year.
I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Jennifer, in particular, as she takes on this important leadership role. Jennifer is the Director of Accountability and Special Projects in Delran Township School District and has been a tremendous asset to NJPSA and all New Jersey educational leaders throughout her time on the Board. She has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to supporting students, empowering educators, and strengthening schools and communities.
I am truly excited to work alongside Jennifer in the year ahead and look forward to all we will accomplish together, as we continue serving and advocating for school leaders across our state. Her experience, vision, and dedication make her exceptionally well prepared to lead our Board and serve our members.
At the same time, I want to offer my sincere gratitude to Immediate Past President Joseph Spoltore for the exceptional leadership he provided during his term as Board President this past year. Joe is an Assistant Principal at Cumberland Regional High School and has done an outstanding job representing our members and helping move our mission forward. We are deeply appreciative of his dedication, service, and the tremendous impact he has made on our organization.
NJPSA is fortunate to have such extraordinary leaders willing to serve, and I look forward to another exciting year of providing membership services, legal protection, professional learning, guidance and support, networking opportunities, and government advocacy to the nearly 9,000 members of our incredible association.
I wish you an enjoyable and rejuvenative summer with your friends and family. Thank you for all you do for the students and educators of New Jersey. We are privileged to support and represent you at NJPSA.
Sincerely,
Karen A. Bingert
Executive Director, NJPSA
