Register now for the New Jersey County Colleges College Readiness InstitutesHigh school and community college faculty and administrators are invited to attend a free upcoming institute to collaborate on issues surrounding academic expectations for writing, reading, and math, as well as overall college readiness: May 15 in Bergen County, May 18 in Middlesex County, and May 24 in Gloucester County

Register for the 45th Special Education Law Conference This one-day program will be held on May 12 at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, and will include a year-in-review keynote ; ESSA and its impact on students with disabilities; foster children and state laws; effective IEP meetings; transition; high functioning students on the autism spectrum; agency policies for students with disabilities; compensatory education; mental health therapeutic placements; and so much more.

The New Jersey Association for Justice is working to combat the problem of distracted driving. They are seeking opportunities to present at New Jersey high schools to provide sobering statistics of this safety crisis, share true stories of the cost of distracted driving and offer simple steps that drivers can take to help themselves and others.
